Career and Entrepreneurship Coaching

I help youth to focus positively on creative solutions to their challenges and develop tailor-made strategies with Islamic sensitivity to achieve them.

It can be provided in a number of ways, including one-on-one tuition, group coaching sessions and large scale seminars.

Youth Development—This program aims at preparing youth to make a Positive Difference by achieving their fullest potential, attaining personal growth and focusing towards Life and Career goals. interpersonal Effectiveness, Communication, Character building and being an active learner is Key areas of development.

Entrepreneurship Coaching—In this program, I take people through the business incubation process in particular how to develop robust and creative business concepts, identify their feasibility and the business planning process. Securing investment and managing business finance to ensure profitability, sustainability and effective management. It also explores marketing and how to ensure the needs of customers are met by a business as well as promotion/advertising and branding; this will also explore issues related to competition and developing competitive advantage and added value.

Parents Training & Coaching—This Training Program is aimed at helping parent to become a balanced, respected and attentive parent.

Managerial Leadership Coaching—is a comprehensive and proven means to enhance and reinforce leadership development for executives and managers. The idea was to move beyond a one-time training event and create a process that would enhance an individual's ability to take effective actions in his or her real-life leadership situation, learning on the job as he or she interacted with employees and worked through challenges. To meet this need, we designed multi-session programs to address specific, individual leadership challenges.

Train the Trainer— Training the teachers, trainers and Leaders to develop personal effectiveness, communications skills and emotional intelligence to address the key issues affecting the organisations
