I cannot find the file that I uploaded in the Virtual Classroom.
If you are unable to find your uploaded file in the Virtual classroom it might be under processing. Uploaded files undergo processing in order to make them available in the Virtual Classroom. And the processing time may vary from a few seconds to a few hours. As soon as the processing gets complete, your file can be seen in the Virtual Classroom.
However, if a file fails processing it is not available in the Virtual Classroom. A file fails processing due to the following reasons:
- It is a read only file.
- It is password protected.
- It is uploaded from a slower connection.
- The page count exceeds 100 in case of PDF files.
- The file size exceeds the permissible limits.
If any of the following reasons are present in the file, it does not appear in the Virtual classroom.
