I get an error message, ‘Email address already exists’ when I try to log in; when I click on 'Forgot Password,’ the error message says email address does not exist. How can I stop receiving this error?
This message mainly appears if you are trying to register with an email address that is not your primary email address. You might have entered it as an alternate email address in your WizIQ account. You cannot sign in with the alternate email address.
