Why do I get an error message, ‘Email address already exists,’ when I try to log in?

This message mainly appears if you are trying to register with an email address that already exists on WizIQ. It is possible that at some point in time you inadvertently set up another WizIQ account using this email address. It is also possible that you created a second account forgetting that you had even set up the first. This message can also appear if you are trying to register with an email address that you used as alternate email address earlier on WizIQ.
