You can retrieve your password from the log in screen.

   1. On the ‘Sign In’ page, click on ‘Forgot Password’.
   2. Enter the primary email address you used to create your WizIQ account.
   3. Enter the text you see just below the email address field.
   4. Click on 'Submit' button.

You should receive your password instantly in your primary email account.
