Your purchased learning request credits can be accumulated for 3 months. Your first purchased credits are always availed first when you accept a learning request so we make sure that your current balance has maximum latest purchased credits. If you don’t avail credits within 90 days of their purchase they will expire. You may check the available credits in your account anytime in the credits summary on learning requests page.
