1.Once a learner submits a learning request, the request is available to teachers in their Inbox or under Learning Requests in Contacts. As a premium teacher, you may  accept the learning request that interests you if it's not expired or closed or has not  been accepted earlier.
2.Any learning request can be accepted and pursued by maximum 5 teachers. After a request has been accepted by these many teachers the request is closed.
3.Once teachers accept a learning request, they can see the contact information of the learner and contact him or her directly via email or telephone depending upon the contact preferences selected by the learner. In any case, teachers can always message them through WizIQ.One of the basic advantages of accepting a learning request is teachers will always have access to the verified contact information of the requesting learners like email address or phone.
4.The credits for accepting the learning request get deducted from the account balance. You may check your existing credit balance in learning requests. If any time your credit balance falls short of required credits you may buy more using your credit card or PayPal account.
