Learners on WiZiQ can directly contact the teachers they find suitable for their learning needs and budget. Students submit their learning requests to WiZiQ to let teachers contact them back or use ‘Search for a teacher’ feature to find teachers for their subjects and exams.

In the first case, WiZiQ contacts the premium teachers who have purchased the learning request credits and provide them their details to contact students. In the latter case, students directly post their queries to the teachers.
