This issue can arise if the flash on your system is not compatible with your audio/video drivers. Firstly disable video drivers from the device manager by going into the control panel.

1.    From Start menu, go to My Computer.
2.    Right click and access Properties option. In the Hardware tab, click on Device Manager button.
3.    Go to Imaging Devices. Expand it and disable the installed drivers one by one. Right click a driver name and choose disable to disable that driver. Now try launching the class.
4.    If it still doesn’t work then again from the device manager, go into sound, video and game controller, and disable audio drivers listed there again by right clicking on them.
5.    Once you recognize the driver that is causing the issue, let it be disabled and you can enable the rest audio/video drivers.
