1. Copy the text that you want to paste on to the whiteboard.

2. Click on the Text tool to select it.

3. Now, click on the whiteboard where you want to paste the text. Press ctrl + V keys to paste the text in this text box. Make sure that you have right text font size selected before you paste text.

To move the text to a different place on the whiteboard, select the text using 'Select' tool. Click and drag mouse to the location where you want to finally place the text.
