Microphone and Video Device tests automatically detect and select the preferred audio/video devices plugged in and compatible with WiZiQ Virtual Classroom. If you don't find your devices selected in respective fields in these tests, then they are not compatible with Flash. Also, if you want to select a different device you may select them in these tests under Device Settings.
Take care that you plug in your devices before you launch the class.
