If you want to close your WiZiQ account, you need to email your request to the WiZiQ administrator at support@wiziq.com. You need to include the following details in the e-mail.

1. your username (this is the email address with which you are registered on WiZiQ) and

2. your name

The support department will process your request in a speedy manner. Please note that you have to send the email to our support department using the email address with which you are registered on WiZiQ.
