I sent out invitations and they haven"t been received. How can I be sure that my invitations have been received?
At times the e-mails are identified as junk and are moved to the Junk folder. Ask your invitees to check Junk mail folders. They may add "noreply@wiziq.com" to safe sender list so that emails from WiZiQ are not identified as junk or spam. If they are already on WiZiQ they may check WiZiQ Inbox and respond back to your invitation.
