If one of your attendees is finding a problem in listening to your voice then the headset or speakers used by the attendee are not working fine.
To solve the problem, suggest your attendee to check his speakers using Speaker Test in Settings.
He may check his speakers before the class as well. On the class log-in page, he may click on 'Device Settings' link to check audio and video devices.
