What is latency? Why do I experience latency in my class?

Latency is the delay or lag you may find in the audio or video transmission that can make sound or video jerky. Latency generally occurs when the bandwidth available is less than required. If you experience latency,

a) try with a lower audio quality. You find the option to switch to 'low' quality under Test Microphone in Settings.

b) If allowed audio or video controls to attendees, take back controls from some attendees and see if it works for you.
