I was unable to type anything on whiteboard in a language other than English only. Does your platform support Unicode?
Yes, we support Unicode so that you may use languages other than English in the Virtual Classroom. To be able to write in other language you need to make a few simple settings as explained below:
1. Go to Start Menu, click Control Panel.
2. Click on Regional and Language Options. Under Regional Options tab in Standards and Formats, select the language you want to use.
3. In the language bar settings, in Installed Services, click on Add and select the language you added as the input language. Click OK.
4. In the Task bar, select the language as the language.
5. In the live class, select Text tool to type. You are able to use that language.
