I could not get into the class.
WizIQ Virtual Classroom requires Port 1935 and port 80 to communicate with Flash Media Server.
1) Perform the test available here (takes less than a minute)

. This test must be a PASS to access the class.
2) Make sure that Port 1935 (inbound and outbound for Flash media server communication) is open.
