What all emails are stored in my WiZiQ inbox?
Your WiZiQ inbox stores all the emails you send or receive for the session requests, invitations, content sharing, session reminders and the messages exchanged with other WiZiQ members.
Can I archive my mails received in my inbox?
No, you can not archive your emails in your inbox. You can forward them to your personal email account, if required.
Can I retrieve my deleted messages somehow?
Deleted messages are lost forever. You can not retrieve any message once you delete it from your inbox.
Do I receive my emails on my personal account besides receiving them in WiZiQ inbox?
We email a copy of the message you receive to your primary email address.
I want to know how can the teacher interact with the student and how can we know about the student and how to contact them?
A teacher can send message or schedule live online sessions with students. To know about the student you can go through their profiles and can directly contact them through messages.
Is there a way I can send a message to all my contacts?
You can post message to your contacts individually and not collectively.
