Check that you have entered username and password correctly. If you remember your username, you can retrieve your password through Forgot Password link.

Are my username and password case sensitive?
Your username is not case sensitive but your password is case sensitive. So, remember to enter your password exactly the way you entered while registering.

How can I avoid entering password again and again while signing in to my WiZiQ account?
Check "Remember me on this computer" box on the sign in page. Your browser automatically signs in to your account next time you access WiZiQ.

My computer remembers my password still it is showing me 'username and password do not match' error?
You may have changed your password after you checked the option to remember the password. So sign in with your new password and allow your browser to remember this new password.

Why do my username and password get automatically entered on the login page?
Your browser settings store your username and password, so you automatically sign in to your WiZiQ account. If you don't want your browser to remember your username and password, follow these steps:

Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Internet Options.'
- Open the 'Content' tab at the top of the dialogue box.

Click the 'AutoComplete...' button, and uncheck the 'User names and passwords on forms' and 'Prompt me to save passwords' boxes.

Click 'OK.'

What happens if I check the 'Remember me on this computer' box on the sign in page?
You sign in to your account automatically by checking 'Remember me on this computer' on the WiZiQ sign in page. This saves you entering your username and password again and again. It is safe if you access your WiZiQ account on your personal computer. If you don't Sign out, your WiZiQ session remains active until you close your browser or sign out.

How do I sign out of my WiZiQ account?
To end your WiZiQ session, just click Sign out at the top of any page on WiZiQ. Preferably you log out of your account after your session to maintain the security of your account especially if checking your account on a public computer.
We encourage you to log out of your account after each session to protect the security of your email information. Logging out of WiZiQ is especially important if you check your email on a public computer.
