How much does a WiZiQ account cost?
Joining WiZiQ is free. Members can create their profiles, connect with other members and schedule online sessions and discussions.
What all features does a WiZiQ account offer?
WiZiQ offers a web based educational platform to its registered members. The features include creating and promoting your profile on web; managing your schedule through a calendar; connecting with members with similar topic interests; scheduling online sessions, conducting one to one or group sessions online; and managing your payments (coming soon). We constantly keep working to make WiZiQ the best online learning platform around.
Can I change my primary email address for my WiZiQ account?
No, you can not change your primary email address for your WiZiQ account.
Do I need special training to be an online teacher?
No, you don't require any special technical expertise to start teaching online. Though primary computer skills like MS-Office and internet usage are required.
How can I close my WiZiQ account and be removed from the system?
To close your account, email your request to the WiZiQ administrator at admin@wiziq.com. Please include these details: your username (email address) and your name.
How can I protect my password?
To protect your password, make sure that you build a password that is unique and harder to guess. Few tips on keeping your password safe:
1. Never tell anyone your password.
2. Remember your password and never write it down.
3. Change your password periodically.
4. Be creative and include alphabets, numerals and special characters in your password.
How do I change password for my WiZiQ account?
1. Click 'My Profile' tab and go to 'Change Password' link.
2. Enter your old password and new password in the text boxes for these fields.
3. Click 'Change Password' to change your password.
May I tutor a third grader through WiZiQ?
You can ask his parents to sign up and create his account on WiZiQ. This way you will be teaching elementary grade students online.
Is it possible to use WiZiQ for the courses where my students pay for the teaching they receive?
Yes, you can use WiZiQ to deliver your paid online classes. You may use any payment gateway to receive payments for your sessions.
