How do I schedule my session on WiZiQ?
Quick Schedule through Calendar
a. Go to Calendar.
b. Click on the time slot for the date you want to schedule session for.
c. Enter the session particulars and click on the 'Schedule' button.
OR
Schedule Session
a. Click on 'Schedule New Session' button to open up Schedule Session page.
b. Enter the session particulars, add attendees and click on the 'Schedule' button.
How do I delete or cancel a session on WiZiQ?
A session can not be cancelled if it's about to start or is in progress.
a. On your WiZiQ Calendar, click on the scheduled session to view its summary.
b. Click on 'See Details' button.
c. Click on 'Cancel Session' button to cancel the session.
d. An automated email intimates the attendees regarding the cancellation of the session.
How can I delete or cancel sessions scheduled by others?
You can delete sessions scheduled by you and not scheduled by others.
How do I reschedule or edit my session?
You cannot reschedule or edit the session.
a. Cancel the session that you want to reschedule.
b. Schedule a new session for the correct date and time.
How many students can I teach in a session?
We allow maximum 200 concurrent users in an online session.
Who all can view my calendar?
Your calendar is private and is visible to you only.
How do I remove a session from my calendar?
Cancel your session if you don't want to hold that session. The session gets deleted from your calendar.
How do I enable the video facility in WiZiQ so that my course members can see me?
Choose 'Audio & Video' option while scheduling a WiZiQ session. You must have a webcam configured on your desktop to hold a video session.
Is it possible for me to add more people once the session has started?
You can invite more persons to the session once it has started. You can add your WiZiQ contacts from Session Details or you can email session link to the attendees. However, ensure that the attendees are registered with WiZiQ.
Is it obligatory that students are on my contact list to have a session with them?
Not necessary. If your students are not on your WiZiQ contact list, type in their email addresses while scheduling the session. And if you have scheduled the session, you can send them the session link.
Are my live classes on WiZiQ private so that they are available to my students only?
All the classes are private unless the teacher promotes them in blogs or websites through its session link. Include only those students whom you want to be in the session while scheduling the session.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can have in my live session?
We allow max 200 attendees in any session.
How do I find a session once I am logged in?
You find your upcoming sessions on Home page. You also have the sessions published in your calendar and in My Sessions and Recordings.
I would also like to be able to get a list of the names of people who registered for a session?
You can see the details of the session to view the list of attendees who registered for your session. Only presenter of the session has rights to know these details. Keeping the privacy of the session details we don't allow attendees to view such info.
