How do I know whether an invitation has been accepted or rejected?
Check the invitation in your WiZiQ Inbox for the invitee's action on your invitation. The status of the invitation gets updated as accepted or rejected as soon as the invitee accepts or rejects it. Moreover, the user accepting your invitation gets added to your contact list.
How can I invite a member?
Click Members tab and go to 'Invite and Import Contacts' link. If you remember the email address of the invitee then enter the first name, last name and the email address and click 'Send Invitations'. Alternatively, you can import the contact details from your email account and send an invitation.
Can I re-invite a person who has earlier rejected my invitation?
Yes, you can re-invite a person if earlier he rejected your invitation.
Does my invitation through WiZiQ expire?
No, your invitation does not expire. It remains open.
How do I find and invite people who are already members?
On WiZiQ, you can search members for your subjects or topics. You can then send invites to the members that interest you.
I sent out invitations and they haven't been received. How can I be sure that my invitations have been received?
At times the e-mails are identified as junk and are moved to the Junk folder. Ask your invitees to check Junk mail folders too.
