I can't schedule a session. "You cannot connect to the remote server".
This is a temporary error that you might encounter while we are updating our servers.
When I click on the "Launch Session" icon, a blank page appears and nothing else comes?
Make sure that you have flash player version 8 or above installed on your system to be able to use virtual classroom. You can install the flash player from this URL http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
In the session we had a few audio problems like 'hum' sound?
Humming problem may be due to some hardware problem, sound card of the system or because of headset. We suggest you to use a good quality headset for the session.
I clicked on launch session and can't see anything, as the window which comes up is only about 4" square.
If you get a small window refresh the browser or re-enter your session again.
The recording keeps on loading for many minutes. How can I get to see it?
The problem occurs if the session is too long and the connection you are working on is a slow one to load the recording.
I have echo on my headphones is there a way to alleviate this?
Follow one or more these steps to reduce the echo:
1. Make sure Auto Adjust option is checked in Microphone settings.
2. Proper device is being used.
3. Microphone boost is off.

I could not get into the session.
WiZiQ's Virtual Classroom requires Port 1935 and port 80 to communicate with Flash Media Server.
1) Perform the test available here (takes less than a minute) http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_16466 . This test must be a PASS to access the session.
2) Make sure that Port 1935 (inbound and outbound for Flash media server communication) is open.

The upload worked for the presentation, however, there is no audio?
Right now, you can upload presentations with audio/narrations. The file content can be shared but not the embedded audio in the virtual classroom.
I just tried again to upload a small PowerPoint presentation and it failed.
Make sure that your presentations are not read only/password protected and are not corrupt. To test if they are corrupt, open the presentation in MS-PowerPoint. Go to File Menu and then 'Save as web page'. If the file gets successfully saved as web page, your PowerPoint is fine and if MS-PowerPoint crashes it means the file is corrupt.

One of my students could not upload her JPG image.
That student must have some bandwidth problem so she might have faced problem in uploading images.
My student is not being able to use his mic or any tools. He can hear me and see my whiteboard, but nothing on his side worked.
A student does not have right to speak, write or upload anything in the session unless the teacher transfers rights to the student to do so.After you transfer rights to the students they are able to use microphone and drawing/writing tools.
I was not able to see my student's video or hear him.
Student's video is enabled only after you transfer video control to him. Similarly you can hear him only when you transfer audio controls to him.
The computer keeps saying connecting to server but is not connecting.
You generally get this error if you lose your Internet connection or its speed is quite low.
