Is it possible for me to embed or download a session that is over?
Currently, you can not download or embed the recording of your previous sessions. The feature would be up in a few weeks.
How could I record a teaching session online?
All sessions on WiZiQ are recorded. After you schedule, launch your session to teach online, all the activities and tasks you do in the online session get recorded as such. The recording can help you playback the sessions.
How do I share a link with those who missed the session? And, am I able to post it on my blog?
You can make the recording of your session available through session link. Mail it to your contacts or use it in your blog. The user has to Click the URL to view the session.
Can you record WiZIQ sessions and allow people to sign up for them and attend whenever they sign up?
Schedule and launch the session. In this session record whatever you would like to share with your attendees like content or anything on the whiteboard. After the session is over, send the Session URL to all, you would like to share this session with.
How long are recordings saved?
Recordings are saved in your account for 30 days. But if you need them forever you can avail our Premium Services (coming up soon).
How do I remove an archived session and replace with another ?
As of now, recordings of the archived sessions can not be removed and replaced with another.
How can I make contacts through WiZiQ?
You can invite members to be your contacts. You can also send mails to other members.
