Do my invoice recipients need to have PayPal account?
No, your recipients may choose to pay you through their credit cards or PayPal account.

Are transactions on WiZiQ safe and secure?
WiZiQ does not process your transactions. We allow the users to use PayPal to receive and pay their invoices. We only track back the status of your invoices requested to be paid on PayPal.

Whom can I invoice?
You can invoice members for your sessions, recordings, content or tests shared.

No, you can not invoice members outside your WiZiQ contacts.

No, you don't need to have a PayPal account to invoice your recipients. But to receive payments to your PayPal account you need to mention it while creating an invoice.

I created an invoice but my student paid me through check. How do I update the status?
Use 'Mark as Paid' option to update the payment status of the invoices received through check, drafts or money orders.

Can I use any other payment gateway to accept payments from my recipients?
You may use any payment gateway to accept payments from your recipients. But on WiZiQ, we are providing collection and track of payments done on PayPal.

Do my recipients need to be Premium members to pay me?
No, they can pay you even if they have free membership of WiZiQ.

I found 'Payments' module non functional in my WiZiQ account?
You must purchase the WiZiQ Premium membership to create and receive payments for your invoices on WiZiQ.

Why do I find 'Pay' button disabled for a few invoices?
You can not pay an invoice if the sender has not opted to receive it on PayPal.

Can I use my existing PayPal account to receive payments?
Yes, you may use your existing account to receive the payments. It may be a personal, premier or business account on PayPal.

I am unable to create new invoices?
Only WiZiQ premium members can create invoices.

How do I know when my recipients pay me?
We notify you through email, and also the status of the invoice gets updated as 'Paid'.

How do I get paid?
You create invoices for the recipients. An automatic email is sent to them. The recipient signs in to pay the invoice and can pay through PayPal or credit card. An automatic email is posted to you confirming the receipt of the payment.

Visit https://www.paypal.com/row/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run link and create a premier or business account on PayPal. It's free.

How does a recipient pay an invoice using the PayPal on WiZiQ?
The recipient signs in to pay the invoice. Enters the credit card number or uses PayPal Account. An automatic email is posted to the sender and recipient confirming the receipt of the payment.

Why do I need to verify my PayPal account on WiZiQ?
We get your PayPal account confirmed to ensure that a member pays to an existing valid email account and your payment reaches you safely.

I didn't get confirmation email. What do I do now?
Request another confirmation email. Remember to check Spam and Junk email folders and also add 'noreply@wiziq.com' to your safe senders' list so that the email is not identified as junk or spam.

It does not allow me to receive payments on PayPal?
You can receive payments on PayPal if you have added and verified your PayPal account on WiZiQ.

I've verified my PayPal account on WiZiQ but I don't want to receive payments online?
Skip the option 'Pay to my PayPal account' while creating your invoices. You can receive payments for these invoices through other modes like checks, M.O. or other means.

I've a verified account on PayPal do I need to confirm it on WiZiQ?
Yes, you need to confirm your PayPal account even though you have verified it on PayPal.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I receive my payments online?
You need to add and confirm your PayPal account on WiZiQ. On WiZiQ, we let our premium members to receive their payments online using PayPal only. We don't support other payment gateways.
