Hi,

I'm currently a 4th year university student majoring in Information and Communication Technology. My status as a college student is not relevant when it comes to tutoring though, because currently I'm a freelance web developer as well (http://garyc40.com). I'm a versatile programmer, meaning I can code and give instruction in various programming languages (PHP, Ruby, C#, VB.NET, Python etc.) . However I'm most confident in my front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, WordPress theme and plugin development.
