* Hired in the #2 role to help in a major turnaround effort. Organization was experiencing severe donor fatigue and a debilitating leadership, financial and vision/mission crisis. Immediately inherited nearly $600,000 in external and internal debt.
* By 2005, after 2 years of aggressive cost cutting and fundraising, WEA was out of debt and had an emerging missional focus which is being used to catch anew the attention of key donors and stakeholders.

Hired to help raise $30 million in an effort to match a 5-year $15 million 1:2 challenge grant from a major foundation. With other members of the team, obtained over $6 million in qualifying gifts (matching $3 million from the foundation), through:
* Major and mega donor cultivation.
* Special briefing events co-hosted by the major foundation offering the challenge.

Responsible for raising annual budget of $800,000 (1996) to $2.5 million (2001) ? obtained through:
* Working directly with the International President on major donor assignments, materials, and presentations. Maintained an extensive personal case load
* Regular travel to over 20 major US markets and international locations
* Cultivating relationships and submitting proposals to active and prospective major donors (individuals, churches and foundations)

* Working directly with the Sr. VP of Advancement and the President on major donor assignments, materials and approaches. Maintained a personal case load of calls.
* Designing and promoting 3-tiered giving club for major donors.
