My class was held on Feb. 8, 2012 from 7.00pm to 9.00pm on Project Management. It was a struggle throughout with the audio and big time delay in audio. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used WizIQ Premium for well over a year and have never had the problems with bandwith as I have the past few weeks in my classes. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? It had been so bad the past few weeks that the choppy, stuttering, freezing audio and video renders the classes nearly useless. I have NEVER had these problems in the past. This is very seriously disappointing!! Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wiziq's servers are on Texas. Is it possible for me to request special setup for virtual classroms to run on our own server in order get better connection?

Hello.
I'm from Vietnam. Our international connection sppeed is generally below 300kbps and not stable, thus, we have poor experience with online learning. I wonder if I cound have a special request to have your robust virtual classrom running on our local server, so we could deliver much better classes.

I think the teacher's connection is fine, and since the recordings are ok, then it sounds like a problem on the students' end. Their internet connection must be good enough to receive or it will most likely buffer on their end causing the breaks. Make sure they have nothing else running on their computer. Also, firewalls and anti-virus software programs might also be interfering. If they are simply on a campus computer, then it's possible their internet connection is too slow.

Hello! I'm sorry that when downloading PPT slide perzentatsii on page prosihodit error. My attempts were not successful in three days. TIP - to 1mbt So it's me upset. may need a different format? Ward: write, but it's not always convenient. Sincerely labanga

Same thing happened to me in the last 2 classes - CFA Level 1 - "Economics - Market Structures" and "CFA Level 3 - Portfolio Management for Institutional Investors", The recordings are fine, however in the class students complained that voice would suddenly disappear for a couple of seconds and then come back. All of them faced the issue at the same time. I would be happy to believe that this is an internet issue at my end, but then why would the recordings be perfect (there is no voice break or skip in the recordings). Please tell me if the issue is at our end, and if there is anything that can be done to fix it. We need to conduct classes on a daily basis and need an urgent fix. Please recommend any other service apart from Wiziq that can be used. Thanks a lot.
