it seems I had the same issue with one of my classes before. Obviously it's not a good idea to pause the recording, because the resume will not work.

Please if you can provide a step by step installation guide of Wiziq for moodle with screen shots, it would be a lot easier for new users.

Hi Marian,
The recording of this class was paused after 40 seconds into the class. That is the reason why recording does not play after the initial 40 seconds.

Hi,
You can upload the videos you want to use in your class to the content library here: http://www.wiziq.com/content/Manage_Content.aspx
The uploaded video can then be used inside virtual classroom. The maximum size of video file can be 50 MB each and its format should be mov, avi, mpeg or wmv.
You can watch this presentation here on how to play videos from your content library or YouTube inside classroom: http://www.wiziq.com/tutorial/20639-Display-options-with-your-Video

How to edit timezone?

Hi Ashu,
You are getting this error because you changed tmzone to timezone in session.php Please change the value back to tmzone in session.php file as this is the code value which is defined by us and you should not modify it.
Also make sure that you have selected the time zone in terms of GMT or UTC and not the country name in your Moodle profile (under location settings and administrator’s profile). Once you save these changes, try scheduling a class and let us know if the issue still persists.
Thanks, Preeti

Hi, I did the required changes in the administator's profile and moodle's location settings and also changed the tmzone to timezone in session.php but I am getting the following error.
Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Asia/Karachi' for '5.0/no DST' instead in E:\Moodle1.9\xampplite\htdocs\moodle\mod\wiziq\session.php on line 10
Please help!

I found that some recordings do do not start playing. This one is an example:

Hi
There's a similar problem for Belgium: about half the country's missing! Although some of our politicians are actually trying to split up the country , we still have 10 provinces (or 'states') plus a capital district : West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen, Limburg, Vlaams Brabant, Hainaut, Brabant Wallon, Liège, Luxembourg, Namur, Brussel/Bruxelles. I hope you can update the system with the above information. Thanks.
