Hi
While viewing recorded classes i m not able to view the classes continuously .. i mean it gets stuck in the middle..and then after few seconds it starts and suddenly jumps to few seconds ahead. i have recorded 3-4 videos and most of the videos it happens this. Also i check my internet connection to verify the internet speed but my internet is also fast as i am using more than 1 MBPS.
I have downloaded the video in my local system to make sure if every thing is fine but same problem occurs and in addition to that in some of the videos all of the chat suddenly appears...some videos plays without any trouble and some videos troubles much .. so what to do ??

you can try these workarounds :
1 Prefer stable LAN connections over WiFi.
2 Update you Flash version.

I've enrolled for the course Quantitative Aptitude for CAT 2013 and other MBA entrance exams by RAVI HANDA. till yesterday I'm able to access the course. But now I'm unable to access the course. Give me a solution to get my course..

Hi! I have been getting this message during live classes - the lecture is live and suddenly the screen will gray out and " Your internet connection is lost " will pop up... but my internet connection is strong and I have no trouble opening other pages ! I've disabled the extra flash and unchecked whichever audio devices I'm not using in the control panel, to no avail! Please help, this is really affecting my studying as I have to rely on recorded sessions and have to make extra time to listen to them on a hectic schedule. I believe other learners have been experiencing similar problems.

Why is my pdf file being viewed as sideways? The PDF looks fine on my computer but when I upload it the text is vertical.

Certainly .exe is NOT a standard format for video/audio recording. WizIQ needs to cnange to a useful video format so we can edit our videos.
