1. The screen sharing feature does not work currently for MAC users who have OS version 10.6.8 or higher. we are coming up with new Virtual Classroom in 6-8 weeks time and this issue will be fixed in that one
2. Apart from that the MAC users are not able to download the class recordings and play them. However, this issue will also be fixed with the launch of next version of Virtual Classroom
3. The screen sharing feature will not allow students to control presenters desktop
4. The attendees can share their screen in current version as well
5. The latency issues are not related to one user. If one user has low bandwidth then that user will have high latency and in case that user has audio or video controls, other users will face latency as well. With 400 kbps upload speed your students will get a clear audio/video experience from your side. They needto have good download speed as well
