In the sessions I would like to host, I would like have a minimum of 5 attendees. I would like the session to automatically just drop off the calendar with an "underenrolled" flag if the class does not "make" (as they say in higher ed). In my case, there is no point in continuing if only 2 or 3 students show up. I would like to ensure that 5 at least are in attendance. Can this be arranged?

I agree with Anthony, and also should be a way to easily add attendees to a kind of list (not contact) to keep them posted via email on changes and reschedules.

Exactly. Students would sign up to take the class, and when it "makes" everyone is notified and the class is scheduled to go. The class could have a posted preliminary schedule, such as "runs on Wednesdays at noon, if full."

Thanks for your suggestion. We’ll analyze this user case and can then discuss with you further. As a workaround in the live scenario you can manually verify the number of attendees enrolled for the session and if it falls below your expectation just cancel it off before the session goes live.

Thanks,
Preeti
