Dear All,
Could someone, please, give me a clear answer on the following:
I have paid a premium membership account and later on I have been granted a "Lifetime Premium Membership" status with all Premium Members' abilities in back office. Some time later (about 6 months) I have suspended my classes for about 4-5 months due to relocation issues and some occupaional changes. Recently I have renewed my classes and found out that a little while later my premium membership was withhold asking me to pay again.
Was it just a marketing trick with "Lifetime Premium Membership" or there has been some kind of a mistake?
I would appreciate your or Admin's comments on that, since such marketing and managerial decisions are not adding points to using WiZiQ as teaching resource since everything could be changed in a moment.

Dear Yan- Your account was upgraded to premium under the promo offer we had run early this year. Under that offer all academic users who are willing to use WiZiQ for non-commercial purposes.
Now that we have a full blown Academic membership on WiZiQ for academic users, your account has been migrated to Academic plan which contains all the features of premium product minus the commercial tools. The details of this plan can be seen from here:

Though, the funcion of entering the class without logon I would recommend to add to the Individual Academic.
