Hello,
subject:ERROR#2032 coming at student computer when user is trying to view recording.

when our some user at their system is trying to view recordings then then recording window is showing "ERROR#2032" in recording screen.

why this error is coming, please inform and suggest us.

hii,
i have already mailed since 02 days ago for this matter at WIZI support. But seems that Wiziq support system is not as their website.

Ashish we need to know the exact class in which this error is coming as you have not mentioned those details in the email send to support as well.

To resolve this issue please make changes in the Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IP v4) setting as shown in the attached image.
