You generally get this error if you lose your Internet connection or if its speed is quite low.

I am having this same problem on several computers. We were able to get it to work on one computer with Firefox, but not on our other computers with Firefox or Seamonkey, and not on any of them with Internet Explorer. Other ideas for what may be causing this?

The issue can be due to internet only, if outward port 1935 and 80 are blocked then we face this issue. You need to check on your PC if port 1935 (preferred) or port 80 for outward network traffic is open. This should resolve the issue.
