Hi, I´m having one weird problem with only audio classes. When I try to enable mic use for my attendee he gets a message that says something like "do you want to autorize wiziq to use camera and mic" but he can´t press any buttons.... After a short while I get a message that says "Jaime has denied access to mic and camera". After that he can´t interact in anyway in the class, he can´t write not even in the chat window. If he leaves the classroom and comes back , then he can write again, and I can enable him to write in the whiteboard but If I try to enable him to use mic, then we end up with the same problem. However we don´t seem to have this problem when I schedule audio&video class, but then we get too much latency :-( . He is running mac and I´m in windows vista, and this is the link to one of the classes where we had this problem: http://www.wiziq.com/tutorsession/detail.aspx?id=D305208EA70545BD857C5D918423BA62
Right now we are using skype for audio, which is a shame because I would love to be able to use the class recording feature.
Well I hope you understand what I tried to explain. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hi Alfonso,

1) Please ask your students to click "Allow" option in window that opens up at student end when you transfer them audio/video controls. If they deny then the audio/video devices on students end will be disabled.

2) Also ask your student to check the web camera compatibility with flash player here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_16453&sliceId=1

3) The audio and video class requires more internet bandwidth than audio class. In this class you had high latency which would have resulted in lag/delay in audio and video. In case you experience latency you switch to low audio quality and take back audio/video controls from some of the attendees.
