Currently it is not possible to know how many people have signed up for your classes. We are working on this feature and plan to bring it soon.
You can however check the list of users to whom the invite for the class has been sent for private classes and for public classes you will get to see the list of contacts to whom the invitation has been sent and the users who have signed up for that class, both together. To check this you will have to go to class details page and click on “Invite Contacts” options you get on that page.
