In both memberships, you can upload any number of files to use in Virtual Classroom or share them with your contacts. However there is a size limit for individual files that you can upload on WiZiQ:
Documents, PDF and Spreadsheets - 20 MB; not more than 100 pages in any PDF
PowerPoint files and PowerPoint Shows - 20 MB
Flash - 20 MB
Video - 50 MB
Audio - 50 MB
