Greetings,

I have used WizIQ for several years. Every once in awhile, my participants complain that my audio is cutting out. Sometimes it is some participants, tonight it was all participants. I am guessing it is something on my end? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you!
Linda

Dear Linda,

We have checked the our logs and found that in the session you were logged in as teacher as well as learner. We would request you to only use your teacher's login as being in same session as teacher and as a learner also is not advisable.

Also in your class, the following learners had high latency:
Jackie_Rhodes
Charasa_Jones
Carrie_Carney

Latency is the delay or lag you may find in the audio or video transmission that can make sound or video jerky. Latency generally occurs when the bandwidth available is less than required. If you experience latency,
a) Try switching to a lower audio quality.
b) If you have allowed audio or video controls to attendees, take back the controls from some attendees.

Regards,
Sid
