Hi JAI
Please elaborate more on 1. Error message 2. Browser name (Internet Explorer, MOZILA FIREFOX or other) 3. Browser version. To check Browser version click HELP in menu bar and open ‘About xxxxxxx browser’.
Try this Open this page and check the FLASH PLAYER installed in the browser, the latest 10.X (or higher) version should be there: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
Thanks TSB

Please note web sharing has some limitations:-
1. Post log-in pages You can successfully co-browse web pages that do not require posting back any credentials like username and password. Additionally, if you would try to submit any data or information from any webpage it will not be submitted.
2. Websites maintaining cookies Accessing cookies of such websites from a different site is restricted by the web browsers or HTTP clients. So if you would try to browse a website that maintains cookies will not work.
3. JavaScript or Ajax based actions or pop-ups Build-in security restrictions of browsers explicitly prevent fetching information between different domains. Any action, information say images or pop-ups that use JavaScript or Ajax will not work on a web page being browsed.
