Hi Fra,
If you want to delete your WiZiQ account, then please drop us an email at support@wiziq.com using the email address with which you are registered on WiZiQ and then we will take it forward from there.
Thanks, Preeti

Hi I too want to delete my account. I paid to be a premium teacher. I'm very disillusioned with Wiziq. I gave many free lessons and finally advertised for a paid lesson of $3.50 per person with a max of 15 students. I'm a qualified TEFL teacher. My free lessons were very rewarding for me and the student feedback was always positive. I got one student for the paid lesson which was a well know French person Brigitte, who appreciated the teachers. I have never received the€3.50 minus the 33% that Wiziq takes. Does it sound like a joke. It's not. Also we have to respond to requests for students who never want to pay anyway. The whole system is heavily biased towards free lessons for students - I mean you advertise free lessons, teachers are used to provide free lessons. Students don't have to say how much they are willing to pay, they just say 'undecided' and then when you tell them your very reasonable price, they don't even have the manners to reply. I hope you allow this to be posted. Treasa (i_teacher).

Hello Treasa:
I apologize for the delay in transferring the money in your account.
We have credited the full 3.5 USD [without any deductions] in your Paypal account. We have also credited you with 10 more contacts through learning requests i.e. you can contact 10 more learners who post their request for learning English. This is a small gesture on our part to make up for this slip on our part.
I also wanted you to know that we are redesigning the classes pages so that teachers automatically check the money received in their account - public/ private and they can withdraw it when they want themselves, without needing to go through WiZiQ. This would eliminate problems like above altogether.
With regards to your question, on WiZiQ being highly biased towards free learning, please refer to this discussion in the e-teaching community : http://e-teaching.wiziq.com/topic/128-do-you-think-online-tutoring-in-india-is-a-sustainable-business-proposition As pointed out by other teachers themselves, it might take time to establish teaching brands [just like bloggers took time to establish their own brand but are now reaping the rewards of being consistent and hardwork]. Also, we can iterate on class titles and descriptions for your paid classes too. I am happy to discuss this over phone when you get time. I hope you reconsider your decision to get your account deleted.
Thanks
