Hello dear WizIQ. I'm new to your great service, and I have figured out how to upload audio files to my content. However, when I was doing a demo class to test how things work, and I was playing a nice piece of music to welcome people, my class participants were hearing it, but it didn't appear in the recording of the class. Any idea what's happening?

Hi Richard,
Currently the audio/video files do not show up in the recordings.
Our technical team is working on this and it will be fixed soon.

Thanks, Preeti. I noticed in a demo class I did with Mark Cruthers though that his music appeared in his recording. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Richard!
Currently the audio/video files played in public classes only come up in the recordings too.
If you are able to listen the audio in any private class, then that is coming from the microphone.
The reason behind this is that the microphone must be catching the volume coming up from the system speakers and you are able to hear that in class recording as well. Otherwise currently this is not directly supported.
