Am I able to share my desktop? And when will the premium version be available? I would like to be able to have recordings be available to my students for the entire semester.
Thanks.

Presently desktop sharing is not available. WiZiQ is working on it, and would be soon available in its future releases. Premium Service has been launched. You need to become premium member to keep your sessions' recording for a year.

There is a plug in available for desktop sharing but the desktop sharing is not a WiZiQ feature. You can view more details here : http://www.wiziq.com/tutorial/14655-Screen-Sharing-In-WiZiQ
It is available with both paid and free memberships.

Is there an ETA on having WizIQ integrated desktop sharing? I recommended someone to WizIQ and they purchased premium account and now they are mad that it doesn't off screen sharing. And the description on the features page of "Screen sharing Add-on [Download Needed]" is a little inadequate and misleading...I used the video tutorial posted and still can't get WizIQ to recognize VHScrCap as a video device and have it be selectable in the drop down window under share video. Very disappointing; can't believe I might have to send them back to Zoho or GoToMeeting...

Tavis, sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware that the screen sharing that we chose earlier is not too good unless the PC meets certain requirements and the settings are just right. But the good news is that we are coming up with a new version - which works very well - within the next 2 weeks. Thanks for recommending WiZiQ to people and we can happily refund the money of the users you are talking about. Please let me know.

Travis, I know it hurts but have them call me. I am so pleased with every aspect of WIZIQ I will help you cover your reputation with them. Do you know how some people look for planets to align to know when something big is going to happen? I think that they are aligning for the online teaching and sharing community with WIZIQ.

Thank you for your comments, George. I too believe, we are just some time away from that big bang boom and I believe WiZiQ has all the tools and approaches available for teachers and learners to pick the one that suits them.

I notice when I share a web page that requires a log in, I cannot get the log in process to happen. For example, I want to show my students some demos in JogtheWeb.com but while I am demoing this first of all I cannot log in, and secondly if I go around that problem and demo some existing presentations, WisIQ cannot show the entire screen, Instead I get a very small frame that cuts off 90% of the screen.
Altogether it seems there are some real limitation with screen sharing. Are others having these kinds of issues?
Many thanks for any feedback.
