When I schedule I get 'There was an error while scheduling this class. The error may be if you tried scheduling for expired time or you have another session already scheduled for this time.

Update your time zone in Moodle profile (e.g. UTC + 3). This time zone setting in Moodle automatically updates your time zone on WiZiQ.
Note that if you change your time zone in your WiZiQ account on WiZiQ (http://www.wiziq.com), it does not change your time zone in your Moodle profile

Hi. I´ve just installe wiziq on Moodle 1.9.2 (Build: 20080711). I´ve checked time zone on Moodle and web server (not hosting, of my own) and when i try to schedule a new virtual class, i got the message "There was an error while scheduling this class. The error may be if you tried scheduling for expired time or you have another session already scheduled for this time. Please schedule with different time". Any other checks to do?
Any help, would be appreciate.

I have an account on WiZiQ but when I initiate an Live Class from within Moodle the Time zone is at +13 GMT but I have changed the time zone in my profile. How do I get the Live Class scheduler in Moodle to display the correct time zone?

I am having the same issue with wiziq. The error of - 'There was an error while scheduling this class. The error may be if you tried scheduling for expired time or you have another session already scheduled for this time.
I have attempted to sync the times but that has not resolved the issue & it still shows that the time in Moodle is +13 GMT.

Yes. I have the same problem.
I make my timezone in moodle and WiZiQ the same. But the timezone is always 13.
I guess the Timezone is not got correctly from WiZiQ. Because i checked the model1.htm and session.php, the default timezone value is 13, which means the system can't get the correct timezone information from WiZiQ. Or the parameter is wrong?
Please help to check it.

These are the steps support recommended -
1. Under Site Administration >>Location Settings, you need to select these values in the fields there:
In Default timezone: Server's local time
In Force default timezone: Users can choose their own timezone
2. Then in the Edit Profile link you must select UTC+ 3 and then save that time zone.
Once you do these changes in the profile, you are able to schedule the sessions for your time zone UTC+3.
This will work for UTC+3 but if any other timezone is then selected afterwards then the following error returns-
'There was an error while scheduling this class. The error may be if you tried scheduling for expired time or you have another session already scheduled for this time.

Still doesn't work at all.
I adjust the location settings a as the server's local time and users can choose their own timezone. and then i edit my profile to be UTC+3 the same with my profile in WiZiQ. But the problem is still there.
Can anyone help us about this?
But after this, the timezone can be showed correctly.
