I have enrolled to Quick Fix English Workshop to Speak English Now and I missed the live lectures, then I downloaded them, the file downloaded was .exe file when I opened it, it started in flash player and within a second it crashed. This has happened several times off now and have tried every possible thing to fix it and came to conculsion that there is a problem with the file downloaded. What should I do now??? I cannot view online as my net is slow.

Please uninstall / Remove the existing flash and install the latest flash version again. If still the issue persists use live chat option to get the most immediate live response.

Thanks for reply. I have already tried the re-installation process of flash but nothing worked. Will try your second option.
