It would be really good if you could sort out your MAC issues. Please address this as a priority!
As you know, wiziq has had a long running issue with compatability with MAC computers, especially when one or more attendees have MAC and others have PC. Where this is the case, it often happens that the presenter cannot hear (or sometimes see) the MAC users.
We had hoped that the new virtual classroom would have solved this problem ..... but it hasn't. The problem still persists, please, please, please sort it out, even if it means re-writing your software from scratch. This really is a major issue for you and one which I know you are aware of
