I am at an educational institution and as a statewide policy they will not enable Port 1935
This request has already been escalated up the decision making policy and come back down. They state that if it works for 80, then there is no need to open 1935.
What features will be blocked if you can't access Port 1935?

Even though it will work Port 80 you can find these differences :
1 Delay can be there.
2 Low Audio/ Video quality.
3 Slow as compared to port 1935.
