As a Certified Food Safety Instructor with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), a Registered Instructor with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and an Administrator / Trainer with The National Registry of Food Service Professionals (NRFSP), Sonoma Food Safety is happy to offer individual or group Food Safety Instruction.
