Sonoma Food Safety Owner, Jeff Feldman has been a part of the food service industry since 1979. Mr. F's current positions include; Owner / Food Safety Instructor for "Sonoma Food Safety", Culinary Instructor for the United States Coast Guard's "Food Service 'A' School" and the Food Safety Instructor for the "Culinary Institute of America @ Greystone" (CIA).

As a Certified Food Safety Instructor with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), a Registered Instructor with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and an Administrator / Trainer with The National Registry of Food Service Professionals (NRFSP), Sonoma Food Safety is happy to offer individual or group Food Safety Instruction. Know that the personal services offered by Sonoma Food Safety would be a great asset in learning and understanding the most important food safety information, enabling students to pass any food safety certification exam and, more importantly, to develop safe habits in food service.
