I cannot schedule a class. "You cannot connect to the remote server".
When I click on the "Launch Class" icon, a blank page appears and nothing else comes?
In the class we had a few audio problems like "hum" sound?
I have echo on my headphones. Is there a way to alleviate this?

I just tried again to upload a small PowerPoint presentation and it failed.
