I’m dedicated on teaching my students. The very first thing I do is I get to know them very well. That’s my key on how to adjust myself on their needs. I know that they will share more about themselves if they feel comfortable in every class we’ll have. From my previous experience on teaching, I gained more patience and I learned to love and appreciate them more.
Preparing my lesson plans well is a great help. Although students love free talking a lot, I see to it that they had fun and learned more at the end of our class. At the same time, I give timely corrections and feedbacks. In every progress they make, I write it down on my list so I can track their performances.
Nowadays, people are getting more competitive in every aspect. That’s why learning English is very important. It helps you build self-confidence, make friends with foreigners, get good grades, find a good job, be well compensated and etc. I won’t promise anything in our class but I assure you that there will be great changes on your life and you’ll surely say it’s worth it.
