Curriculum Mapping of the PSSA Assessment Anchors Intermediate Unit 1 Instructional Support Services What is curriculum mapping? Curriculum mapping, in a general sense, is a process that involves a description of the content and skills taught at each grade level or subject area of the curriculum. More specifically, it is a calendar-based description or database of the taught curriculum (content and skills) in a district. More simplified, mapping is what we actually teach and when we teach it.
